Recently, my tenants informed me of a water stain on the ceiling that was getting larger, and in a moment of panic, I reached out to two roofing companies, but Ben was the only one that came out (just out of a vacation and a tad bit under the weather, too) and actually placed down a small tarp on the roof to help protect the damage until a more suitable fix would be available after a full assessment. Afterwards, he walked me through the options, and helped me understand how best to file an insurance claim to mitigate the risk of having to pay too much out of pocket (which, honestly, was refreshing given that I had no clue where to start). Ben also met with the insurance vendor at the house to ensure that the walkthrough was thorough and informed. Ben helped me get fair and reasonable pricing, a timeline that worked for me and my tenants, and helped orchestrate teams to make repairs to the roof, the ceiling, and a small piece of our existing gutters. I know we may have some longer-term roofing repairs on the horizon - and when the time comes, I know I have a partner that I can trust to get it done. Thanks so much, Ben. He gave me a good understanding of where he recommended repairs and where he thought they weren't necessary, which made me feel good that he's considering my interests as well as the company's. Before we even accepted the proposal, he installed a temporary fix at no cost to prevent any further water damage. After getting out his ladder and thoroughly examining all four size of the house, he determined that our roof had lots of life left and that we'd be better off saving our money for a new roof years down the road than doing any repairs or painting now. He even replaced a missing furnace cap at no charge. Blake's knowledge, honesty and professionalism were much appreciated, and we'll definitely be giving WDR a call if we do encounter any leaks or roof damage in the future! read less

I called Austin Roofing Company & Water Damage | WDR and they sent Blake out to inspect my roof to determine the problem. He found the problem, created a photo album to show me what the issue was, and was able to repair it in the same visit. He was super professional and quick working.
