Prompt response from the team, and Dan did a thorough inspection and fixed our roof damage quickly—all at a very reasonable price. Honest, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend Dan and this company!
Austin Roofing Company & Water Damage came out to my home to inspect the roof/structure. Brad was very timely, answered all my questions and then some. He clearly knows his business. Brad thoroughly checked out all areas of concern. He even used equipment to check for moisture since there was some concern about odor. I highly recommend using this company!
There are not enough words to describe Blake! He's an absolute Unicorn. I'll start with extremely professional, kind, calm in the storm, so much experience!!, a great listener, and above/beyond AMAZING at explaining details of problems and solutions in a way that someone with no roofing knowledge/experience can understand. I trust Blake completely. There are no hesitations in my belief that, no matter what issue(s) arise (& I've had a few!), Blake will take care of it with total honesty and utmost professionalism.
Daniel is the man. He did a thorough inspection and found some minor issues with my roof that he didn't think needed to be repaired right now. It was very refreshing to meet someone who didn't try to pressure us into a sale or up sale us on anything. I suspect we will need to replace our roof in a few years and will definitely call Daniel first.
Highly recommend Brad from Austin Roofing Company! Brad arrived right on schedule and used a drone to thoroughly inspect my roof. Instead of pushing for an unnecessary replacement, he gave me an honest and professional assessment, letting me know my roof is mid-life with at least 5 years of remaining life. It is rare to find someone with this level of honesty and professionalism who doesn't just try to sell you a new roof. I truly appreciate his integrity and highly recommend his services!
We had a great experience with WDR for our roof replacement and gutter installation. Blake was great to work with from start to finish, always on time, responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable.
From getting the initial pricing through installation and even afterward, he was always available to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. They replaced our old roof, handled the removal and reinstallation of the solar panels, and installed new gutters.
Everything went smoothly and we really appreciated how easy Blake made the process. Would definitely recommend WDR!
