Like most everyone here in the NW Austin area my home was pummeled by the hail storm on April 15th. We found the issues about two weeks later during big rain storm that dumped water inside our home.I wanted to work with a local company, not all those fly in and knock on your door companies from across Texas and Oklahoma. I had a neighbor recommend WDR so I reached out to request help with our leak and help with our roof.Brad and his crew showed up quickly, found there the leaks were coming from and made solid patches until the roof could be replaced. As I worked with my Insurance company (shout out to Safeco Insurance) we coordinated the inspections, estimates and go the paperwork and details worked out in a timely manner.Like everyone we had to wait awhile for the materials to arrive and the back log of other roof repairs but only a few weeks in total. Once the WDR roofing crew showed up they went right to work ...staring at 7am every day and working until dark (June). In that 5 days the went full crew every day and we now have an amazing new roof and all our leaks repaired.Throughout the process and after I really enjoyed working with the entire WDR team as they were helpful, professional and very responsive to my questions. I do want to add that we have one exterior light that was damaged during the roof removal.I found out about this when the foreman arrived at my house to let me know what happened and to assure me WDR would replace both lights (in order to match) at no cost to me! We worked to find the right fixtures and WDR took it from there to get those ordered and schedule the crew to replace the damaged light. Again a professional crew arrived to make the repairs and ensure I was satisficed with their work!I have since recommended Brad and WDR to several of my neighbors who have also had a very positive experience with the WDR Team! read less

Ask for Eric Swieczkowski as project manager! We had to have our 9:12 pitch metal roof replaced. The roofing system has multiple valleys so this was no run of the mill project. Eric was on site every day and performed a daily inspection of the installation progress. If he noticed a slight flaw, he had the installers fix it. Eric is extremely knowledgeable in construction and meticulous in the installation process. He was always professional, and friendly. Construction projects can often times have glitches. I have to say this one went from start to completion without a hitch! I highly recommend WDR and especially Eric in overseeing your project! read less
