Bluff Springs is a neighborhood located in the southeastern part of the city. The area was settled first in the mid-nineteenth century and was originally a farming community. Keep in mind that the name “Bluff Springs” comes from a Spring that was once located in the region, which supplied water for the early settlers and their livestock.
